Shuu is a friend of Izumi Miyamura and everyone else he attends the same high school with. He has his own way of thinking and always seems excited. Shuu is energetic, outgoing, and often annoying. He is a colleague from the rest of the main characters. He is much more subdued with his younger sister, Motoko, but still cares about her deeply. Shuu often gives out CDs to his friends to listen to music and enjoys music a lot.
